Talk:N95 respirator
Appearance
Q1: I read a while ago that Peter Tsai invented the N95. I don't see Peter Tsai in the article. Did he invent the N95?
A1: No. This fabrication was created due to sources conflating "N95 filter inventor" with "N95 inventor". References to definitive Federal Register sources in the article, as well as the publication NIOSH Guide to the Selection and Use of Particulate Respirators Certified Under 42 CFR 84 will settle this confusion: Peter Tsai is nowhere to be found in these definitive documents.
